Press Release:

International talent collected in Super Comic Buffet

Six creators from different countries have combined their forces and published a comic. This first issue of the anthology Super Comic Buffet is published by All You Can Eat (AYCE) Comics and contains five stories. Comic veterans such as Courtney (Decoy) Huddleston, Mike Garcia, and Scott Sava have also contributed.

The idea for publishing a comic together came last year from Courtney Huddleston's suggestion. On Mike (Herobear and the Kid) Kunkels' Astonish Factory Forum there appeared too much talent to remain undiscovered. Their forces were combined and the foundation of AYCE followed. After a year of hard work by the ACYE Crew the result of their collaboration is now available.

AYCE Comics Super Comic Buffet #1 contains five servings featuring: on going rivalry ('Dandy and Co: The More Things Change.' by Derrick Fish), exotic locations ('Buried Treausure' by Mark Maxey), super heroics ('Liquiknight' by Mark Spencer Reynolds), moles and Minis ('Dissimulato' by Chris Sawyer and Sarah Parr) and humor ('Critter Clinic' by Heiny Reimes). The cover is pencilled by Courtney Huddleston and colored by Mike Garcia. The comic also contains several extras, including a pin-up from Scott (Dreamland Chronicles) Sava.

Although AYCE's first endeavour has just become available, the crew is making plans for Super Comic Buffet #2. For the second issue Courtney Huddleston will participate with a comic of his own and we are planning a few surprises. Next to the Super Comic Buffet, ACYE Comics will publish another comic: Ryki. Ryki, by Chris Sawyer and Sarah Parr, is expected in July 2004.

Super Comic Buffet #1 is available at the AYCE Comics website is 48 b&w pages for $3.50 plus 0.75 shipping in the US. For International Orders please contact sales@aycecomics.com about shipping.
